Welcome to Task Force Albuquerque!

Task Force Albuquerque is a collection of Science Fiction fans in the Albuquerque , NM area.  Many of our members are also part of one of the two Albuquerque chapters of STARFLEET, The International Star Trek Fan Association.  We are a group of people who share a common interest in science fiction, Star Trek and the idea of the future it represents.  While primarily a Star Trek fan group, many of our members are also part of Star Wars fan groups (the 501^st Legion), Stargate (SG-Command.net) and other costuming and fan groups.

We get together to have fun and to do a little bit of Community Service in order to help make our community a better place for everyone.  Some of the things we do are: Monthly Game and Movie nights; Blood Drives; Help Stomp out Graffiti in Albuquerque; Conventions; BBQs; Movie Premieres; Relay For Life Cancer Walks, Food Drives, and “Toys for Tots” toy drives.  We have plans for many more activities and want you to join us for fun and friendship!

The USS Anasazi, the oldest of our STARFLEET Chapters, geared towards Star Trek and having fun with new friends.	501st Legion, Mountain Garrison Dewback Ridge Squad, part of the premier Star Wars costuming group in the world.  Dedicated to having fun, building Star wars Costumes and performing community service.	The Battlestar Anasazi, the newest of our member groups and geared towards Battlestar Galactica and having fun with new friends.	The ISS Tomahawk, the newest of our STARFLEET Chapters, geared towards Star Trek and having fun with new friends.
